What you'll need
- Business name and trading name (if different)
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) - 10 digits
- VAT Registration Number - starts with "VAT"
- Business physical address
- Your ZIMRA regional office and station

Complete each section of the business registration form:

Enter your business identification information.
Business Name *
Your officially registered business name
Trading Name
Optional: Name you trade under if different

Tax Information
Enter your ZIMRA tax registration numbers.
TIN (Taxpayer ID) *
10-digit number from ZIMRA
VAT Number *
Starts with "VAT" (e.g., VAT123456789)
Where to find these
Your TIN and VAT number are on your ZIMRA registration certificate. If you're newly registered, check your registration confirmation documents.

- Maximum file size: 2MB
After Submission
When you submit your business registration, VasBox automatically:

Creates your business record
Your business profile is saved and ready to use

Sets up headquarters branch
Your main branch is automatically created

Creates initial fiscal device
A fiscal device is provisioned for your branch

Fetches tax configuration
Current tax rates are loaded from ZIMRA

After business setup, you'll be guided to choose a subscription plan. Once subscribed, you can start creating invoices immediately.
