Password Requirements

VasBox enforces these requirements for all passwords.

Minimum 8 characters (12+ recommended)
Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
Include numbers
Include special characters (!@#$%^&*)
Not a commonly used password

Password Strength Indicator

When setting a password, VasBox shows a strength indicator to help you create a secure password. Aim for "Strong" or higher.

Navigate to Password Settings

Go to Settings → Password or click on your profile and select "Change Password".

Enter Current Password

Enter your current password to verify your identity. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot Password" option instead.

Enter New Password

Enter your new password following the requirements above. Watch the strength indicator to ensure it's secure.

Confirm New Password

Re-enter your new password exactly as before. Both entries must match.

Save Changes

Click "Update Password" to save. You'll see a confirmation message and can continue using VasBox without being logged out.

Set new password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Click the link (valid for a limited time)
  6. Enter your new password
  7. Log in with your new password
