Currency

Making Your First Payment

Follow these steps to complete your subscription payment.

Review Order Summary

Before proceeding, review your order summary including:

  • Plan name and features
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Number of branches included
  • Total amount to pay
  • Next billing date

Complete Payment

You'll be redirected to Paynow to complete your payment:

  • Select your mobile money provider or card
  • Enter your payment details
  • Confirm the payment amount
  • Authorize the transaction

Mobile Money

If using EcoCash or OneMoney, ensure you have sufficient balance and your phone is nearby to receive the confirmation prompt.

Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you'll see a confirmation page and receive an email receipt. Your subscription is immediately activated.

Payment Processing Time

How long payments take to process.

Instant
Mobile Money & Cards

EcoCash, OneMoney, and card payments are processed instantly. Your subscription activates immediately.

Pending
Bank Transfers

Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to reflect. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed.

Checking payment status

You can check your payment status in Settings → Subscription → Payment History. Pending payments will show until confirmed.

Failed Payments

What to do if your payment doesn't go through.

Insufficient funds

Ensure your account has enough balance before initiating payment. Check your mobile money or bank balance first.

Network errors

If the payment fails due to network issues, wait a few minutes and try again. Do not attempt multiple payments simultaneously.

Timeout issues

Mobile money payments have a time limit. Complete the authorization on your phone promptly when you receive the confirmation request.

If your payment fails, you can safely retry. VasBox won't charge you twice for the same subscription period. If you continue to experience issues, contact support.

All payments are processed through Paynow's secure payment gateway. VasBox never sees your card details or mobile money PIN.

Paynow is PCI-DSS compliant, meeting international standards for payment security.

Encrypted Transmission

All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information.

No Stored Card Details

VasBox does not store your payment card information. Each transaction is processed securely through Paynow.
