Updating Your Profile

How to make changes to your profile.

Navigate to Profile Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Profile" or navigate to Settings → Profile.

Edit Your Information

Update the editable fields such as your display name. Changes will be reflected across the application.

Save Changes

Click the "Save" button to apply your changes. A confirmation message will appear.

Display Name Usage

Your display name appears in the navigation bar, audit logs, and when other team members view activity. Choose a name that's easily recognizable to your team.

Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive.

VasBox can send you email notifications for important events. Configure these based on your needs.

Notification Type Description
Invoice Alerts Notifications when invoices are finalized or fiscalized
System Alerts Important system notifications and security alerts
Daily Summary End-of-day summary of activity and metrics

Deleting Your Account

Permanently remove your account from VasBox.

Account Deletion is Permanent

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Make sure you understand the consequences before proceeding.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
  • • You cannot sign in anymore
  • • Your personal data is permanently removed
  • • Business data is NOT deleted (it belongs to the business)
  • • Audit trail is preserved
  • • This action cannot be undone
Before Deleting
  • If you're the owner: Transfer ownership to another user first
  • • Download any personal data you may need
  • • Inform team members of your departure
  • • Ensure all pending tasks are handled
Deletion Process
  1. Navigate to Profile Settings
  2. Scroll to "Delete Account" section
  3. Enter your password to confirm identity
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog
  6. Account is immediately removed
