  • Current plan name and status
  • Branch usage (used vs. allowed)
  • Next billing date
  • Subscription amount
  • Quick actions for upgrades and billing

Upgrading Your Plan

Move to a higher plan for more features and capacity.

Navigate to Upgrade

From your subscription page, click Upgrade Plan or go to Settings → Subscription → Change Plan.

Select New Plan

Choose the plan you want to upgrade to. You'll see a comparison of your current plan vs. the new plan.

Review Prorated Amount

VasBox calculates a prorated amount based on your remaining billing period. You only pay the difference for the upgraded features.

Prorated billing

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Complete Payment

Complete the payment for the prorated amount. Your new plan activates instantly, giving you access to additional features and capacity.

Downgrading Your Plan

Move to a lower plan if you need fewer features.

Before downgrading

Review these important considerations:
  • Branches: You may need to deactivate branches if you exceed the new limit
  • Users: You may need to remove team members if you exceed the new limit
  • Features: Some features may become unavailable

To downgrade, go to Settings → Subscription → Change Plan and select a lower-tier plan.

When does the downgrade take effect?

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.

Renewing Your Subscription

Keep your subscription active with automatic or manual renewal.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal.

Manual Renewal

If auto-renewal fails or you prefer manual renewal, you can renew from your subscription page before expiration.

Grace period

If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, your subscription will be suspended.

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to cancel your VasBox subscription.

Before you cancel

Consider these steps before cancelling:
  • Export any important data you need
  • Complete and fiscalize all pending receipts
  • Close any open fiscal days
  • Consider downgrading instead if cost is a concern

Navigate to Subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription and scroll to the cancellation section.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the Cancel Subscription button. You'll be asked to confirm your decision.

Confirm Cancellation

Review the cancellation notice and confirm. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
