Adding a Single Product
Follow these steps to add a new product to your catalog.
Navigate to Products
From your dashboard, go to Products in the main menu, then click Add Product.
Enter Basic Information
Fill in the essential product details:
Leave blank to auto-generate
Set Pricing
Enter the unit price for your product. This is the default price that will be used when adding the product to invoices.
VAT Consideration
Configure Tax Category
Select the appropriate tax category for ZIMRA compliance. This determines the VAT rate applied to the product.
Harmonized System code for ZIMRA reporting
Additional Settings
Configure the unit of measure and other optional settings.
Mark as service (non-physical item)
Product is available for use
Save Product
Review the information and click Create Product. Your new product will be immediately available for use in invoices and receipts.
