ZIMRA Communication Errors

Automatic Retry

VasBox automatically retries failed fiscalization attempts. Do NOT create duplicate receipts. Check the receipt status periodically - it will update when the retry succeeds.

Offline Mode Issues

Always close your fiscal day at the end of business. Open fiscal days should be closed before opening a new one for the next business day.
